Proficiencies are the key to crafting and producing good in Archeage. There are 3 proficiency categories which are: Harvesting, Crafting and Special. Each proficiency can be leveled by the player but all of the proficiencies cant be maxed out so it balances out the gameplay and lets some players be professionals in some areas than others.
