On AAC the main purpose of the soulforged anvil is for upgrading your soulforged armor, from the Catch-Up Gear Box, into its hellforged version. Doing so requires Activity Tokens and a nominal amount of labour.
Location
Soulforged anvils can be found at your respective factions Diamond Shores housing hub alongside the other crafting benches, or at Scout Karlsburg's camp, near the Riven Gates in Diamond Shores, next to where you can expect the Ocleera Rift to appear.
