Explosive Expert		Instant 30min cooldown	Increases ship/tank Cannon damage +3% for 5min.
Nui's Blessing		Instant 30min cooldown	Nui's Blessing increases Strength, Spirit, Intelligence, Stamina, and Agility +8% for 5min. Effect gradually decreases. Can't be used during Nui's Consolation buff.
