Mining

Mining can be an easy way to earn gold when starting out or a decent income for veteran players. With the combination of Luke’s Helping Hand buff, Dawnsdrop gear, family buffs, and statue buffs, you can reach around 42,000 Mining proficiency quite easily even as a beginner.

If you can’t join a high-level family right away, don’t worry — it’s only about 5,000 proficiency you’re missing. The reason all these buffs are listed is because once you reach 50,000 Mining proficiency (with buffs), you can begin mining Anya Pebbles, which sell for a good amount on the Auction House (press **"P"** by default).

You can burn labor very quickly mining Anya Pebbles, or you can mine smaller amounts and refine them into Anya Ingots, which sell for even more but require much more labor to produce.

Getting Started

  • Begin by mining *dig sites*.
  • West (Nuia): Excavation Site in Dewstone Plains.
  • East (Haranya): Halo Hollow in Solis Headlands.
  • East (Haranya): Glitterstone Mine in Ynystere (Ynystere is a conflict zone which means there can be PvP combat from both west and east players)
  • Sell your ores and ingots to build up starting gold.
  • Once you have enough gold, buy a pair of Dawnsdrop Fists (if you haven’t already).
  • The mining speed bonus applies regardless of item level.
  • Higher-tier Dawnsdrop fists will bring you closer to efficiently farming Anya Pebbles.

Progression

  • 0-50k Mining: Focus on ores from dig sites, sell raw materials or craft ingots.
  • 50k+ Mining (with buffs): Continue farming and investing in better Dawnsdrop fists.
  • 50k+ Mining (with buffs): Start farming **Anya Pebbles** for steady profit.

Tips

  • Always check Auction House (*P*) to see whether raw ores or refined ingots are selling for more profit.
  • Mining consumes labor quickly — plan your sessions around labor regen or potions.
  • Joining a family and stacking buffs will accelerate your mining progression.
  • Invest in Dawnsdrop fists as soon as possible for faster mining speed and faster progression towards mining anya.
  • If you have the option to use some of your guildies land to use their miner's farmhouse drills i'd highly recommend it as single mining ores can be tiresome.
