Staging Packs
Staging is a way players can take advantage of their land to make for more efficient trade running. For example, if you're delivering packs out of a zone with a Peace/War cycle, staging packs on land soon after you exit that zone, rather than completing the full run, more efficiently uses the Peace cycle of the zone.
