Berserker's Awakening (Patch 1.2)

Patch 1.2 is the first custom content patch produced by the AAC team

Hanure the Berserker

A new World Boss has been added in Hasla!

Hanure the Berserker will spawn every Friday at 5:30PM server time.

This boss is a much harder version of Hanure, featuring new mechanics and unique skills. The boss's exact location will not be revealed as to promote the first encounter to be truly special. Players will have to figure out everything from scratch!

Veroe Harvest Festival

The Veroe Harvest Festival is a faction-wide PvP event taking place in the Cemetary & Veroe Tower regions of Hasla

Event Rundown

1. The event begins. Recruiters & portals are enabled in Main Cities (Growlgate, Austera, Marianople). These recruiters will grant the quests below. They are only available for 10 minutes
2. After 10 minutes of holding period, Rice-Eating Flowers will spawn in the large rice field south of the Cemetery. These flowers drop [High Quality Rice]
3. Having 10 [High Quality Rice] allows you to craft a [High Quality Rice Bundle] at your faction base Guardian
4. With this pack on your back, you now have to go up to Veroe Tower and turn it in to the objectives! First faction to 20 packs win!
   • Pirates can steal those pack and turn them in to their faction guardian near the river to complete their quest objective

Stormwraith Kirin Questline

The Stormwraith Kirin mount has been made available through a series of quests! Players will have to embark on a journey to discover what happened to Kirins and figure out how to acquire their own!

As this quest is new, no details are available yet. The community is invited to research the quest line and write out their findings on the wiki!

Other Changes and Additions

Luxury Liner

The Luxury Liner was released ahead of time in patch 1.1.27 but is falls under the 1.2 banner

It is a massive party yacht, with two regradeable propellers, 10 trade pack storage slots and 2 human cannons. The design can be crafted for 2800 Gilda stars

Vocational Changes

Family Rework

Families have received a small set of changes in this patch:

• The {Family Quest:} quests now grant 20 tax certificates (these are the quests requiring at least 3 players)
• Two new Family levels have been added: Abundant and Prosperous Family
  • Abundant Family: Increases all proficiencies +5000
  • Prosperous Family: Decreases Production time -20%

Raised Cottages

Raised Cottage variants have been added for all 16x16 cottages. They provide more room for furniture and 2 seedbeds. They can be found under the Remodeling tab of any Cottage!

Economy Changes

• Yellow and Red Regrade Charms will now cost less charcoal to craft
• Mining Drills will now cost 38,000 Vocation instead of 80,000
• Serendipity Stones will now cost 100 less Earthmana Leaves
• Delphinad Ghost Ship packs are now worth 100 gold each instead of 75 gold
• Miner's Farmhouses have received a set of buffs
  • Labor has been reduced by 33% on the Mining Vein
  • Growth time has been reduced by 33% on all tiers of veins
• Trade Packs turned in for Charcoal have received a 10% increase in Charcoal Stabilizers granted

Priceless Coin Additions

With the addition of a new Priceless Coin via the Veroe Harvest Festival Achievements, we have added 2 new options for Priceless Coins:

• 30-Day Crystal Wings
• 30-Day Bouncy Cow

These can of course be upgraded into permanent version with 120 activity tokens.

More Priceless Coins will be made available in the coming weeks!

Vanity Marketplace Additions

On top of the marketplace release, here are some Vanity additions added with 1.2:

• Vanity Mounts
  • Vanity Bouncy Cow: This mount looks like a Bouncy Cow, but has the skills & stats of a standard Elk
  • Hellfire Steed: This incredibly good looking horse has the skills & stats of a standard Snowlion
• Vanity Housing
  • Forest Mushroom Houses are now available as Thatched Farmhouse remodels. They do not grant the seedbed that they have on retail to avoid giving an advantage!
  • Raised Mushroom Houses are now available as Harvester's Farmhouse remodels.

Miscellaneous Changes

• The cooldown between each harvest of Twilight Trees & Mineral Pumps has been reduced
• Arena Managers now offer an option to restore health & mana. This is targeted at people who duel in main towns
• Image Items on Weapons and Armor can be extracted without losing the image
• Rebirth Trauma will now let players open portals
• Health Lift, Aranzeb's Boon and Hummingbird's Ditty will now persist on death

Bug Fixes

• Warm Memory Embers will now properly be created on new & updated house types
• Beanstalk now properly grants Beans
• The model for the Wicker Bed has been fixed
