Proven Warrior Workbench in both factions bases you can create a really good necklace.

First necklace you create is called Proven Warrior Necklace but the name changes while you upgrade it. The first necklace requires 3 Warrior medals. After that the amount increases after every upgrade. Once you get to rank 6 you need to choose which of the two effects / stats you want. After rank 7 the necklace has high chance of downgrading back to rank 7. The necklace can't get destroyed while upgrading. Good way to upgrade a necklace is to have two, using one and trying to upgrade other one higher.
