Feed meat to the polar bear cubs 3/3.
[A Legendary Fisherman]
Bring the npc 100/100 Iron Ingot.
[The First Step of Ice Fishing]
Craft a wrapped Miroir Ice Fishing Rod, bench to craft is next to the npc.
Gives the scroll chest as a reward. If all 3 of the scroll are collected it can be crafted into book that can be placed in a house.
[Patience and a Bit of Luck]
This quest can be repeated as many times as long as the player has the Miroir fishing rod to fish.
