Feed meat to the polar bear cubs 3/3.

Bring the npc 100/100 Iron Ingot.

Craft a wrapped Miroir Ice Fishing Rod, bench to craft is next to the npc.

Gives the scroll chest as a reward. If all 3 of the scroll are collected it can be crafted into book that can be placed in a house.

This quest can be repeated.

Fish Smelts 10/10 from the ice holes. Drops are random. Right click the fishing icon to fish automatically.
