Evenbards are NPCs that spawn during night in major cities of Nuia and Haranya and they are selling items, that cannot be found anywhere else.
They spawn between 22:00 and 8:00 in-game time on random locations in six large cities. Since their location is randomly chosen between several spots in each city, best way to find them is use /target name command in chat.
