Full Kit
When a design has a "Full Kit" in its name it means that the design, once placed on the ground, doesn't need to be built. Usually a buildings need all kinds of materials to be used in order to build it. Only the Full Kits are exception to this. If player decides to demolish the scarecrow the design will remain as a Full Kit to be placed again without building it.
