Witches of the Wind
Teleport to Duskgleam in Rookborne Basin, and talk to Windwitch Antalija right beside the port in.
Shadows and Redemption
This step requires you to kill Lerman inside of the Serpentis dungeon. Assemble a group capable of clearing Serpentis, and head in.
There are three possible bosses in the fifth room. Therefore, you have a 1/3 chance of getting Lerman. If you do not get Lerman, you'll have to run the dungeon again.
Once killed, you'll complete the quest objective and be able to turn it back in at Duskgleam to Windwitch Antalija.
Elemental Balance
Teleport to Perinoor Community Center, and this time, head to the "City Ruins" camp, south of your teleport. Talk to Archeologist Toro.
The Essence of Balance
Toro requires 5 Stone Spirit Anima. To acquire these, you must kill Yaska Warriors, found in the Skyfin Nest to the north east. Just like the shelfwatchers, only Yaksa Warriors drop anima.
Return to Archeologist Toro once you've collected all 5.
