The Catch-up Gear Box enables you to get started with almost any activity you want without the initial grind. It provides decent starter gear, as well as various items to get you started making money and progressing your character.
How to Claim Your Catch-up Gear Box
Reach level 50 and your catch-up gear box will automatically appear in your inventory.
For healers, you will likely want to convert the mage cloth pieces to healer cloth pieces at a Soulforged Anvil. The recipe "Conversion: Soulforged..." can be found in the folio.
