Location
The festival is located in Two Crowns and Solis Headlands.
Quests
[Pumpkins for the Dead]
Next to the quest NPC is the workbench where he asks to craft the Festival Pumpkin Decoration. Make sure to have 5 Blue Salt Knives in the inventory to craft the item. Blue Salt Knives can be bought from General merchants.
[Slow Rider]
Snail Trainer Zerk gives a quest where player picks one of the snail mounts to finish the Candy Hunter quest.
The mount lasts for 30 minutes, enough time to finish the next quest the same NPC gives.
If the mount is missing or accidentally deleted it can be bought from the same NPC that gave the quest for 1 gold.
[Candy Hunter]
Quest asks player to summon their snail mount and ride it to the candy pouches around the beach. The snail has a skill called "Sniff" which needs to be used on top of the candy pouches in order to be collected. Quest cant be completed without the mount and the skill. The goal is to find a Purple Pumpkin Candy in 30 minutes. The drops are random but it shouldn't take more than few minutes to find the correct candy.
[Commemorative Pumpkins]
Pumpkin Carver Suyeon asks the player to hop in the portal close to her to talk to Welkos.
Portal takes player to the Two Crowns map.
[Hallowtide Origins]
Kennis asks player also talk to Welkos.
[Light Up the Night]
Welkos wants the player to lit 3 pumpkin lanterns behind him next to the fence.

Mount
Candy-fueled Bestcargot can be acquired from the achievement called Jack of all Lanterns. It requires the player to complete all the Hallowtide quests 5 times.
Death
Have you ever wondered what death feels like, mortal? Additional questline to Hallowtide festival is the appearance of Death themself.
Quests
First time when meeting Death in Two Crowns player is given two options, to live or to die. First time has to be picked Decide to die so the questline begins and player becomes a Deathbringer.
[Wanted: Mortals of Erenor]
Death collects souls of those that player has killed. He asks the players to go to Halcyona and reap 3 players there and come back. Once the stacks reach 500 all the mortals around him will be rewarded.

A quest where Death hands and chick for the player and they need to reap it. Place it down and use the skill.
Broom Race
Location
Broom Race is located inside Mirage Island. The portal is located right down the stairs when entered.
