Getting there
The Ahnimar Founder's Festival, as the name implies, takes place in Ahnimar. Specifically the Tadpole Tail Field and Lotus Song Garden regions. You can make your way here yourself, or make use of the festival world gates found in your faction capitals.
Taking Part
Once you arrive at the Ahnimar community center you'll be head to the Lotus Song Gardens to speak with Eggwarden Dolbu, who offers festival tokens in exchange for your help in caring for Daru eggs.
Raising Daru Eggs
After collecting your Daru Egg Cradle from Father Dolbu, you'll need to incubate it within a Daru Egg Incubator, which you can find nearby. Once your egg is moistened you'll need to locate one of the Lillypad Nursery's, place your egg down, and follow the prompts to give it all the care a growing Daru needs. Once your egg is happy, it'll fall asleep, and you'll have to come back after 10 minutes to discover what type of Daru hatchling you've been caring for. As different egg types, result in different numbers of rewards.
In total, there are 5 different types of Daru that you may have been raising, once returned to the Eggwarden, you'll recieve differently sized rewards:
- Residency Daru Egg (1 Festival Coins)
- Salesman Daru Egg (2 Festival Coins)
- Captain Daru Egg (3 Festival Coins)
- Trade Outlet Daru Egg (3 Festival Coins)
- Astra-Blessed Daru Egg (5 Festival Coins)
Incapacitiating hungry Skyfins
Achoo needs your help. The local Skyfin population has been known to steal Daru Eggs! Take the Skyfin Sedative they supply, and help sedate the Skyfin before they can steal the eggs. Interact with the stone behind Achoo to be moved to the hill top the Skyfin's favour. You'll be rewarded with 2 Festival Coins for your effort.
Help build Daru Egg incubators
Festival Keep Aliniri needs help constructing Daru Egg Incubators, deliver 50 Iron Ingots and recieve 3 Festival Coins as a reward.
At [1PM], [7PM], and [12AM] server-time (EST) the Ahnimar Rainbow will appear over Lotus Song Garden, head over and speak to Ian to take part in a treasure hunt.
Sand Mounds will appear, player's will have to dig through these mounds in search of lost Daru Treasure Chests, once they've been found, interact with them to recieve 2 Festival Coins.
