Ancestral Skills refers to a system added in the ArcheAge Classic 1.3 Patch (also known as 3.5 on Retail)

They consist of offering players the ability to change the 'Element' of a skill, giving it different effects. To use Ancestral Skills you must first reach Ancestral Levels

Ancestral Levels

There are currently 7 Ancestral Levels. The following table details the amount of experience needed per level, as well as extra items required per level.

Ancestral Skills are unlocked at levels 1, 4 and 7 respectively
