Double peace refers to a trade run route on the Nuian (west) continent where the peace cycle of the zones Hellswamp and Halcyona line up, allowing for a very long trade route, resulting in a higher value per pack.
Generally, players will start in either Ahnimar, Hellswamp, or Halcyona. To take maximum advantage of the peace cycle, it's best to stage your packs somewhere along the route and run it through the non-war zones once the "double peace" is over.
