The Miner Farmhouse is a thatched farmhouse that has been upgraded through the remodel menu. The upgrade adds 2 seed beds to the farmhouse and a mining drill, in addition to changing the look of the farmhouse.
Mining Drill
The mining drill will either be normal or lucky, and then will proceed through 3 phases. Each phase will take additional time to accumulate and will result in larger drops. To use a farmhouse's mining drill efficiently, it's recommended to harvest normal procs immediately and let the lucky procs fully accumulate before harvesting. Both procs will drop a combination of iron ore, raw stone, and an additional lucky drop when harvesting a lucky drill.
